Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to, the following:
- Update treatment plans and submit treatment plans before the authorization period expires
- Conduct VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, ALFS, or other curriculum assessments every 6-months
- Draft initial and update ongoing individualized programming
- Developing and maintaining individualized antecedent and consequent strategies
- Developing and maintaining individualized skill acquisition sub targets, procedures and protocols
- Developing and maintaining individualized reinforcement protocols
- Conduct data analysis of client specific programming
- Training and ongoing supervision of the RBT and behavior therapist. No RBT should fall below 5% supervision
- Provide supervision and oversight on assigned cases. All cases should receive 10% supervision per supervisory month
- Provide parent consultation and training
- When needed, coordinate care with clients interdisciplinary providers
- Create and finalize monthly calendar to show projected supervision and parent training 1-calendar month in advance.
- Obtain and maintain 8-hour supervision training
- Communicate with supervisory, direct care staff and caregivers as needed
BCBA Clinical Expectations
- 27.5-Client Facing Hours weekly: These hours may include supervision and parent training but may not include treatment planning time as this should primarily occur within the remainder of the 40-hour work week
- 2-Hours of monthly Clinical meetings with clinical director
Availability
- Monday through Friday 9:00am-5:30 pm; hours subject to flexibility
- 40 hour work week: BCBAs have the flexibility to create and maintain their schedule. Typically this would be within the Monday through Friday work week for 40 hours. However, should you require flexibility during the Monday through Friday work week, a discussion for alternative options should occur prior to changes.

Qualifications
- Must hold a valid BCBA certification
- Proficiency in applied behavior analysis and patient care
- Experience in patient assessment and medical documentation
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical terminology
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism
- Familiarity with special education practices and data collection techniques
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
