Patient Care Coordinator
We are pleased to announce our search for a Patient Care Coordinator for our growing general practice in Elk Grove.
We are searching for a team member with a “can-do” attitude: friendly, willing, and polished at all times. Must be a multi-tasker and have positive attitude. A professional demeanor, energy and excellent self -presentation are crucial. We strive to ensure that our patients receive the best treatment at all times. This position is key to making sure each patient leaves our office smiling.
Responsibilities include: effective scheduling, treatment planning, reviewing insurance coverage with patients, care calls, confirming appointments, insurance and financial coordination, accounts receivable monitoring and preauthorizing procedures with insurance.
The position is for approximately 2 days per week (Monday & Wednesday). _ Candidates MUST have at least 2 years experience in a dental office,_ and be willing to learn and grow along with the practice.
