Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy

• Conduct clinical assessments and crisis intervention

• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team

• Participate in community health initiatives

• Deliver culturally competent care, mindful of social determinants of disparities and awareness of needs for different identities and circumstances

Required Qualifications

• Maryland licensure as LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, or LCPC

• Understanding of diverse populations and treatment methodologies

• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills

• Reliable transportation for community visits
