Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral therapy and experience working with children, particularly those with developmental disabilities and autism. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to improve the quality of life for our clients. Your expertise in applied behavior analysis will be crucial in guiding our therapeutic practices and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement applied behavior analysis (ABA) strategies to promote positive behavioral changes in clients.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure cohesive support for clients.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, including medical records and intake forms, in compliance with HIPAA standards.
- Provide training and support to staff on best practices in behavioral health and special education.
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to identify specific needs related to autism spectrum disorders and other developmental disabilities.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with advancements in the field of behavior analysis.
Experience
- Proven experience in behavioral therapy, particularly with children and individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Familiarity with data collection methods relevant to patient care and assessment.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, documentation practices, and record-keeping standards.
- Experience working within special education settings or similar environments is highly desirable.

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
