As Care Coordinator, you will work with an assigned group of senior clients to match them with caregiving staff who can best meet their needs in their private homes. Responsibilities include building schedules and conducting periodic supervisory visits while maintaining strong relationships with both clients and caregiving staff.
We are looking for a team player with strong computer skills and an eye for detail. Caregiving and scheduling experience are essential, along with a proven ability to manage a fast paced, independent work schedule.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $32,000.00 - $37,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Candidate should be familiar with WELLSKY or Scheduling software.
