Location: Beautiful Downtown Sarasota

We’re on the hunt for a ✨ Scheduling Superstar ✨ to help patients get started on their journey to better health! You’ll coordinate appointments, speak with patients and insurance companies, and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do:

Schedule and confirm patient appointments in our electronic medical records (EMR) system

Make inbound/outbound calls + follow-ups

Enter and update patient information with accuracy in our EMR system

Communicate with kindness & professionalism over the phone

Know our services & explain them clearly to patients

What You'll Bring:

✔️ Strong communication and customer service skills

✔️ High comfort level with computers and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

✔️ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

✔️ A positive, team-first attitude

✔️ 1+ year of scheduling or customer service experience (healthcare setting a plus)

✔️ Passion for connecting with patients over the phone
