We are looking for a licensed Behavior Analyst that is passionate about working with elementary aged students and would like to work with an incredible team. This position would oversee two elementary classrooms, one for SOL curriculum students and one for students who require a modified or adapted curriculum. The case load of students is currently between 12 and 16 students.
Overview of the position and responsibilities:
A Behavior Analyst (BA) is the manager of student behavioral performance and responsible for all aspects of behavioral programming and program operation for assigned programs. This position will be responsible for managing student performance through their supervision of behavioral programming for students on their case load, training of staff on programming, collaboration with directors and review of student data.
Position Benefits:
- Although we are 12-month school, we follow a typical public-school schedule. This means you will have approximately 4 weeks off throughout the year.
- During the summer months we work a 28 hour/week schedule - M-Th 8:00-3:00 and Fridays off!
- We offer 9 days of paid sick and personal leave each year.
- We offer 1 week of paid vacation for the first year of employment and a second week during your second year of employment. This is in addition to the 4 weeks noted above.
