ResponsibilitiesYou’ll Achieve Success By:
- Manage front desk operations, including patient check-in/out, collecting payments, and appointment scheduling while delivering exceptional customer service
- Maintain accurate patient records by registering new patients, updating information in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, and preparing necessary documents
- Answer phone calls, assist patients, and uphold HIPAA compliance, ensuring a welcoming and professional healthcare experience
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Basic office and customer service skills
- Verbal and written communication skills; ability to clearly communicate with others
- Previous experience in a similar role desired but not required
