We are seeking a compassionate Part-Time Psychiatrist to provide mental health evaluations, diagnosis, medication management, and therapeutic interventions at a community health center.

• Conduct psychiatric assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Monitor medications and adjust plans based on patient progress.
• Educate patients and families about mental health conditions and treatments.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure integrated, holistic care.
• Participate in case conferences and quality improvement efforts.
• Provide crisis intervention and manage psychiatric emergencies.
• Supervise psychiatric staff as needed and stay current with industry best practices.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to regulatory standards.
• Minimum requirements include an MD or DO in Psychiatry, 3-5 years of experience, valid NY license, and board certification or eligibility.
