About Job
- Seeking a compassionate Part-Time Psychiatrist to provide mental health evaluations, diagnosis, medication management, and therapeutic interventions in a community health setting.
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and monitor medication efficacy.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educate patients and families, and participate in case conferences and quality improvement initiatives.
- Manage psychiatric emergencies and provide crisis intervention as needed.
- Require MD or DO with Psychiatry focus, 3-5 years clinical experience, valid NY license, and Board Certification or eligibility.
- Strong diagnostic, communication, and interpersonal skills; bilingual abilities preferred.
