Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Minnesota.
Seeking someone that wants a leadership position and to work directly with the owner on building a new clinic

Duties
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and behavioral assessments to identify client needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on the principles of applied behavior analysis.
- Implement and monitor behavioral interventions, ensuring fidelity to treatment protocols.
- Collect and analyze data to assess client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Provide training and support to caregivers, educators, and other staff on behavioral strategies.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care for clients with various disabilities.
- Participate in intake processes for new clients, gathering relevant information for assessment.
Experience
- A minimum of a master's degree in psychology, special education, or a related field is required.
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) is mandatory.
- Proven experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly those with autism.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, patient care practices, and behavioral health principles.
- Strong skills in data collection, patient assessment, and medical documentation are essential.

Will let the right candidate pick their own schedule as well as negotiate salary
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
