Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Minnesota.

Seeking someone that wants a leadership position and to work directly with the owner on building a new clinic

Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and behavioral assessments to identify client needs.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on the principles of applied behavior analysis.
  • Implement and monitor behavioral interventions, ensuring fidelity to treatment protocols.
  • Collect and analyze data to assess client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
  • Provide training and support to caregivers, educators, and other staff on behavioral strategies.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care for clients with various disabilities.
  • Participate in intake processes for new clients, gathering relevant information for assessment.

Experience

  • A minimum of a master's degree in psychology, special education, or a related field is required.
  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) is mandatory.
  • Proven experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly those with autism.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology, patient care practices, and behavioral health principles.
  • Strong skills in data collection, patient assessment, and medical documentation are essential.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
