The Clinical Trainer partners with leadership to identify clinical development needs and designs training programs focused on trauma-informed care, evidence-based practices, policies, and procedures.
- Responsibilities include developing engaging curricula, leading clinical training, creating assessments, and providing EMR system education to ensure staff competency and compliance.
- The role involves participating in the Clinical Training Institute and CEU courses, supporting staff and management development, and evaluating training effectiveness.
- Minimum qualifications include being a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s degree or higher, 3-5 years of behavioral health experience, instructional design expertise, and familiarity with clinical documentation and EMR systems.
