Bates Counseling and Service, PLLC is a client-centered private practice delivering high-quality virtual therapy. We support clinicians with referrals, admin/billing, and a collaborative culture so you can focus on exceptional care.

What You’ll Do

Provide individual, couple, and/or family psychotherapy via secure telehealth
Complete clear, timely documentation (intakes, treatment plans, progress notes)
Develop and monitor individualized treatment goals and outcomes
Maintain ethical and legal compliance (HIPAA, licensing board standards)
Coordinate care with primary care and community resources when appropriate

Minimum Qualifications

Master’s or higher in Social Work, Counseling, MFT, Psychology, or related field
Active, independent NC license (e.g., LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, LPA, PsyD/PhD)
Associates considered (e.g., LCSWA/LCMHCA) with approved supervision plan
0–2+ years clinical experience (telehealth experience preferred)
Strong documentation skills and cultural humility
Reliable internet, confidential workspace, and comfort with EHR/telehealth platforms

Nice-to-Haves

Specialized training: trauma, EMDR, CBT, DBT, couples, child/adolescent, perinatal, grief
Multiple state licenses
Experience with Medicaid/Medicare/commercial payers
