About Job
CABA (The Center for Applied Behavior Analysis) isn’t run by investors or people who’ve never done the work. It’s led by Dr. Rachel Taylor, a nationally recognized leader in ABA known for her radical candor, loyalty to her team, and relentless push for ethical, client-centered care.
We serve clients across the lifespan with a strong focus on older children, teens, and adults navigating complex needs like autism, bipolar disorder, and co-occurring mental health diagnoses.
At CABA, you're not flying solo. You’ll have access to the BOSS® program (Behavioral Operational Support Specialists), providing real-time, executive-level clinical support for troubleshooting tough cases, collaborating on decisions, and helping you stay focused on what you do best. Caseloads are capped and built intentionally, not dumped.
