Through personalized treatment plans and ongoing education, we aim to equip families with the tools and knowledge needed to help their loved ones thrive.Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Responsibilities:Provide direct client care in one-on-one and group settings, following the protocols outlined in the treatment plan created by BCBACollect and record data on client behavior and progress using Central ReachMaintain a safe, empathetic, and supportive environment for clients and familiesWork collaboratively and communicate professionally with other therapists, providers, BCBAs, caregivers, and other professionals for effective program implementationAbility to take direction and feedback from the supervising staff (BCBA/BCaBA)Complete required training related to organization guidelines, compliance, state and federal regulationsAccurately record appointments in practice management software daily and comply with billing and payroll policiesAdhere to RBT ethics code and ensures all patient privacy policies, HIPAA compliance and confidentialityCommunicate with clients, parents, and caregivers regarding client progress and behavioral intervention findingsCollaborate with BCBAs to adjust therapy plans based on client progress and emerging needsRegistered Behavior Technician (RBT) Qualifications:6+ months of ABA experience preferred, but not requiredKnowledge of general ABA practicesAt least 18+ years of ageStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent time management and organizational skills
