Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.


A school psychologist position is available at an elementary school in Elgin, IL, for the full school year on a contract basis. This onsite role involves working approximately 35 hours per week supporting students across various specialized programs including Structured Teach, Life Skills, and Academic Instructional programs.

Key responsibilities include conducting initial psychological evaluations and reevaluations, as well as participating in MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Supports) and problem-solving meetings. The role requires collaboration with educators and staff to support student learning and emotional needs within an elementary school environment.

Qualifications and experience:

  • Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Psychologist Endorsement is required
  • Experience working in elementary school settings preferred
  • Knowledge of psychological assessment and intervention strategies for diverse student populations
  • Ability to participate actively in MTSS/problem-solving processes
