Project Hope Autism Services in Jupiter, FL is hiring a full-time BCBA to join our dedicated team. Position Highlights
· Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
· Type: Full-Time, Center-Based
· Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime only
· Salary Range: $75,000–$90,000 (based on experience)
· Location: Jupiter, FL (Serving Martin & Palm Beach Counties)

What You’ll Do
· Conduct behavioral assessments and create individualized treatment plans
· Monitor progress and adjust programming as needed
· Supervise and coach RBTs and student analysts
· Deliver parent training for skill generalization
· Collaborate with schools and professionals involved in the child’s care
· Services are primarily center-based, with up to 25% community-based travel (schools/community within 15 miles)
Qualifications
· BACB Certified BCBA with 1+ year of clinical experience
· Master’s in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
· Experience with children ages 2–12 with the diagnosis of Autism
· Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills preferred
· Previous ABA experience as an RBT or BCaBA considered
· Bilingual (especially Spanish) is a plus, but not required
Other Requirements
· Background screening
· CPR certification
· Professional liability insurance
· Clear, concise, and timely documentation is a must
