Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and skills assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R).
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment data.
- Supervise and provide ongoing training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other clinical staff.
- Monitor and analyze client progress through data collection and data-based decision making.
- Provide parent and caregiver training to support generalization and maintenance of skills.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including educators, therapists, and medical professionals.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation including treatment plans, progress notes, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with BACB ethical guidelines, HIPAA regulations, and any applicable state licensure requirements.
- Attend staff meetings, training, and professional development opportunities as required.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree.
- Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- State licensure (if applicable).
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience providing ABA services.
- Experience supervising RBTs or behavior technicians.
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and evidence-based practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
