Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and skills assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R).
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment data.
• Supervise and provide ongoing training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other clinical staff.
• Monitor and analyze client progress through data collection and data-based decision making.
• Provide parent and caregiver training to support generalization and maintenance of skills.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including educators, therapists, and medical professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation including treatment plans, progress notes, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethical guidelines, HIPAA regulations, and any applicable state licensure requirements.
• Attend staff meetings, training, and professional development opportunities as required.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree.
• Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• State licensure (if applicable).
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience providing ABA services.
• Experience supervising RBTs or behavior technicians.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and evidence-based practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
