About Job

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and a passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly children with autism. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, and providing support to clients and their families.

Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify individual needs.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles.
  • Collect and analyze data to track client progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent implementation of behavior strategies.
  • Provide training and support to staff on behavioral therapy techniques and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation, including patient records and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in behavioral health.

Skills

  • Proficient in behavioral therapy techniques with experience working with children.
  • Strong understanding of working with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism.
  • Expertise in data collection methods and analysis for effective treatment planning.
  • Knowledge of special education principles and practices related to patient care.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology, documentation, and records management.
  • Ability to conduct patient assessments effectively while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA standards.
  • Experience in intake processes and developing individualized care plans tailored to client needs.

Pay: $45.00 - $65.00 per hour
