Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and a passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly children with autism. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, and providing support to clients and their families.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify individual needs.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles.
- Collect and analyze data to track client progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent implementation of behavior strategies.
- Provide training and support to staff on behavioral therapy techniques and best practices.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, including patient records and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in behavioral health.
Skills
- Proficient in behavioral therapy techniques with experience working with children.
- Strong understanding of working with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism.
- Expertise in data collection methods and analysis for effective treatment planning.
- Knowledge of special education principles and practices related to patient care.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, documentation, and records management.
- Ability to conduct patient assessments effectively while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA standards.
- Experience in intake processes and developing individualized care plans tailored to client needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $45.00 - $65.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
