Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and a passion for improving the lives of individuals with behavioral challenges. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, conducting assessments, and collaborating with families and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify behavioral needs and develop tailored intervention plans.
• Implement evidence-based strategies to promote positive behavior change in clients.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on data analysis.
• Provide training and support to families, caregivers, and staff on behavior management techniques.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients with developmental disabilities.
• Advocate for client needs within educational and healthcare settings.

Skills

• Proficiency in applied behavior analysis techniques and methodologies.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and documentation practices.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities, particularly developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of patient care practices and behavioral health principles.
• Familiarity with special education processes and requirements.
• Ability to effectively manage medical records while ensuring confidentiality.
• Experience working with children in various settings is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients, families, and team members.
