About Job
Chicago Counseling Collective (CCC) is a dynamic community of interdisciplinary psychologists and psychotherapists providing individual, couples and group therapy for adults. Founded in 2019 to provide a nurturing and robust training environment for pre-licensed therapists, we’ve since blossomed into a thriving group practice of both licensed and pre-licensed clinicians. We value collaboration and believe that our differences—in discipline, background, perspective, and culture—make us stronger as healers.
CCC is currently seeking team-oriented licensed clinical psychologists (PsyD/PhD) or licensed psychotherapists (LCSW/LCPC/LMFT) to join our team to help diversify and expand the important services we offer to our clients. This is a great opportunity for licensed therapists who want the built-in admin and clinical support of a group practice and are also eager for continued professional growth.
We place a high value on training, offering relational psychodynamic supervision, couples therapy training, and interpersonal-process and modern analytic group therapy training (including potential opportunities to develop and lead a long-term process group). You may also have the chance to provide clinical supervision to pre-licensed clinicians and postdoctoral fellows.
