Milestones Counseling Center PLLC is a state-licensed Behavioral Health Center, looking for a Spanish speaking (preferred) licensed mental health professional who is passionate about providing clinical services to individuals of all ages and life situations.
Compensation
Milestones Counseling Center PLLC utilizes a flat rate pay model that is briefly described below.
- Clinical Hours: One clinical hour is considered the clinical hour and its associated activities (ie., time spent with client, note writing, treatment planning, session prep, etc.)
- $40-45 per clinical hour for provisionally licensed (ie., LPC, LSW)
- $45-55 per clinical hour for independently licensed (ie., LCPC, LCSW, LMFT)
- $50-60 per clinical hour for doctoral licensed (ie., PsyD)
- Administrative Hours: Administrative hours is considered staff meetings, consults, trainings, etc. is half of the clinical hour
Requirements of job
- Fluency in Spanish and English is highly preferred to communicate effectively with our diverse client base.
- Current independent licensure (ie., LCSW, LCPC, PsyD, PhD, etc.) in the State of Illinois
- Candidates must hold a valid driver's license with no major violations (e.g., suspensions, revocations) within the past five years and be able to travel to and work at various locations as required.
- Pre-licensed and Provisional licensed candidates (LPC, LSW) will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Minimum of 15 completed client facing hours per week required
- Some weekend and evenings per week based on agreed upon schedule
- Full-time is considered 28 clinical hours a week
- Part-time is considered 27 clinical hours or less per week (minimum of 15 required completed client hours)
- This is an in office position that may allow some freedom to work from home.
- Attending supervision as required (weekly for pre and provisionally licensed clincians, as needed for clinically licensed clinicians- minimum one per month)
Responsibilities
· Provide personally tailored mental health counseling to individuals from all walks of life.
· Assess clients' needs and design an appropriate and effective treatment plan using evidenced based practices.
· Assist individuals and families dealing with difficult emotions, mental health disorders, and trauma.
· Facilitate the growth of clients through stress management, goal setting, behavior modification, and other modalities.
· Maintain accurate records in a timely fashion.
Skills
· Fluency in Spanish and English preferred
·Proven work experience as a social worker
· IM+ CANS Certified or ability to become certified
· Social perceptiveness and empathy
· Ability to build and maintain professional helping relationships
· Ability to relate and communicate with diverse population and groups
· Resilience along with ability to assess situations

Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
