We are looking for a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)/Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in naturalistic developmental behavioral interventions and a strong understanding of diverse applications of the science of behavior. We believe in celebrating the uniqueness of every individual and tailoring our interventions to foster growth, autonomy, and authentic connections.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Behavior Analyst (BCBA)/Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) who is dedicated to embracing neurodiversity and promoting child-led interventions. As a Behavior Analyst at Unfurling Littles LLC, you will play a vital role in helping children with diverse neurodevelopmental profiles fully access their environments, foster connections with others, and develop psychological flexibility while respecting their individuality and preferences.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand each child's strengths, challenges, and preferences.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to create personalized and child-led treatment plans and programs.
  • Implement evidence-based practices with a strong focus on naturalistic, child-led interventions.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive environment that encourages autonomy, self-advocacy, and self-determination for each child.
  • Observe, analyze, and track progress through data collection, ensuring continuous refinement of interventions based on individual needs.
  • Provide guidance and training to parents, caregivers, and other team members to ensure consistent and effective support.
  • Embrace neurodiversity and advocate for the rights and inclusion of neurodivergent individuals in all aspects of life.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in neurodiversity-affirming ABA.

Requirements:

  • Values that are compatible with compassion, honesty, connection, acceptance, communication, and commitment
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • PA LBS (Licensed Behavior Specialist)
  • Active FBI, PA Criminal, & PA Child Abuse Clearances
  • Pediatric First Aid and CPR Certification
  • Have completed PA mandated reporter training.
  • 3 years of experience working in ABA with a focus on child-led interventions
  • Deep understanding and appreciation of neurodiversity and its role in creating inclusive environments
  • Strong collaboration skills to effectively work with families and interdisciplinary teams
  • Empathetic, compassionate, and patient approach to working with children and families with diverse needs
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development
