Position Overview:
Natural Behavioral Solutions is seeking a BCBA who shares our passion for genuine care, community engagement, and clinical integrity. Our company was founded by BCBAs who were tired of the corporate takeover of small ABA companies and wanted to create a home where every voice matters, and children and families feel valued, heard, and empowered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial and ongoing skills assessments and functional behavior assessments
- Develop individualized skill acquisition plans and positive behavior intervention plans
- Provide bi-weekly team meetings, staff supervision, and clinical guidance
- Manage case coordination, including insurance communications and scheduling support
- Overlap with RBTs and provide real-time coaching and training
- Create instructional and training materials
- Track and report on team performance and client progress
- Stay up-to-date with ABA best practices by attending professional conferences (paid for by the company)
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification in good standing
- Strong commitment to ethical, client-centered care
- Desire to work with a supportive, clinician-led team that values growth and mentorship
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, staff, and insurance partners
- Passion for ongoing learning and professional development
- MUST live in California
- Candidates in the Bay Area Preffered!
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour
