Join Our Founding Team as a BCBA | Clinical Director

Bright Life ABA is launching in Maryland, and we’re seeking compassionate, entrepreneurial BCBAs to help us build our practice from the ground up. You’ll blend hands-on clinical work with program development and caregiver training—perfect for someone who loves both direct service and leadership.

What You’ll Do

Deliver individualized ABA services in clients’ homes and community settings
Conduct assessments, craft behavior plans, and track progress
Partner with families to set meaningful goals and coach caregivers
Supervise and mentor RBTs, fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented culture
Help shape clinical protocols, documentation standards, and training materials as one of our first team members
Analyze data and refine treatment strategies to maximize client outcomes

Who You Are

Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Active BCBA certification and Maryland LBA license (required)
At least 1 year of hands-on ABA experience (BCBAs new to the field who supervised as RBTs are encouraged to apply)
Skilled in functional assessments, goal development, progress monitoring, and caregiver training
A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment
Works well both independently and with a tight-knit team
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license for in-home sessions
Physically able to engage with clients (e.g., lifting up to 50 lbs, kneeling/sitting on the floor)
