Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Palm Beach County team. This is an excellent opportunity for a BCBA who thrives in a supportive environment with opportunities for professional growth, mentorship, and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
• Supervise and train RBTs and other behavior technicians
• Collect and analyze data to drive clinical decision-making
• Provide caregiver training and support
• Ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards

Qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification through the BACB
• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or a related field
• Experience working with children with autism (preferred)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
