Clinical Supervisor Opportunity – LICSW or LMHC | Watertown

Are you a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts ready to take the next step in your career? What You’ll Do:

Blend of Clinical Care & Supervision

• Split your time between providing therapy to a diverse client population and supervising associate clinicians working toward licensure.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver both individual and group therapy using evidence-based approaches such as CBT and motivational interviewing.
• Mentor and guide associates in case management, documentation, and professional development, helping shape the next generation of mental health professionals.

Collaborative, Community-Focused Environment

• Work closely with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and other clinical staff to ensure holistic and integrated care for clients.
• Serve clients from all backgrounds, as we accept all major insurance plans, including MassHealth, Medicaid, and Medicare.
• Our partnerships span both nonprofit and for-profit community organizations, providing you with opportunities to make a broad impact.

What We’re Looking For:

• Current LICSW or LMHC license in Massachusetts.
• Experience in individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, and trauma-informed care.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques and EMR systems.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to ethical, client-centered service.
