Your Role

As a Licensed Clinician (LPC, LCSW) at Meaningful Counseling & Consulting, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and determine client needs
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based approaches
• Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with client goals
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the EHR system
• Collaborate with a team of compassionate professionals
• Stay up to date with continuing education and best practices

Who You Are

• A licensed mental health professional (LPC, LCSW) in the state of Texas
• Passionate about helping clients heal and grow
• Experienced in working with diverse populations & mental health concerns
• Strong in interpersonal skills & establishing client rapport
• Organized and able to manage clinical & administrative responsibilities
• Proficient in utilizing the DSM-5-TR & ICD-10 for assessment and diagnosis

Preferred but not required: Bilingual in Spanish

Schedule & Location

Monday–Friday | ⏳Traditional work schedule Monday-Friday 9-6pm
Work Location: In-person at our McAllen Texas office
