Intake Coordinator
The Intake Coordinator is responsible for introducing new participants to our remote care programs. This includes contacting patients by phone to explain the program, review its benefits, confirm understanding, and obtain verbal agreement to participate. The role creates a positive first interaction, addresses initial questions, and documents all details in the patient’s record.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact patients to introduce them to remote care programs.
- Provide a clear and professional overview of the program, its benefits, and next steps.
- Confirm patient interest and agreement to participate.
- Address basic patient questions and route clinical inquiries as appropriate.
- Accurately document all interactions in the designated system.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain program details clearly and professionally.
- Basic healthcare knowledge preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
