Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and personable Marketing & Community Engagement Specialist to grow our referral network, strengthen relationships with providers, and represent our agency in the community. This role involves outreach to physicians, hospitals, rehab centers, senior facilities, and community organizations to generate patient referrals while ensuring compliance with all healthcare marketing regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, case managers, discharge planners, and community organizations
Present our agency’s services professionally and persuasively to potential referral sources
Track marketing activities and report on progress, leads, and referral conversions
Collaborate with the care team to ensure prompt follow-up on referrals and admissions

Qualifications

Proven experience in healthcare marketing, preferably in home health, hospice, or senior care
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Knowledge of local healthcare providers and referral networks is a plus
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
