```Duties:```
- Provide support and assistance to individuals in need, focusing on systems, crisis management, addiction counseling, behavioral health, mental health counseling, crisis intervention, social work, and motivational interviewing.
- Conduct assessments to determine the needs of clients and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Offer guidance and support to clients in navigating various systems and resources.
- Provide crisis intervention services to individuals experiencing mental health or behavioral health crises.
- Utilize effective communication skills to build rapport and establish a therapeutic relationship with clients.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions and progress.

```Requirements:```
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, social work, counseling) or equivalent experience.
- Experience working in a support specialist role or similar capacity.
- Knowledge of crisis management techniques and interventions.
- Familiarity with addiction counseling and behavioral health principles.
- Understanding of mental health counseling techniques and modalities.
- Ability to provide effective crisis intervention services.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in using computer systems for documentation purposes.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
