Music Therapist

We are seeking a Music Therapist to provide comprehensive music therapy assessment and treatment interventions for pediatric patients, siblings, and families.
Schedule
This position is 1 day per week covering counties including Santa Clara, San Mateo and Alameda Counties.
By the Bay Health follows all CDPH vaccine requirements for healthcare personnel. Essential Duties & Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Facilitates music therapy interventions and activities that are age and developmentally
- Plans, implements, and documents music therapy assessment and treatment interventions for pediatric patients and
- Facilitates music therapy groups and one-on-one
- Builds rapport and trust as part of patients' and families' therapeutic support
Education/Experience:
- One year's experience in a health care setting
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
- Board Certified Music Therapist (MT-BC)
- Current California Driver's License and automobile insurance that meets State of California requirements, if driving a car
Pay Range: $40.00 - $43.00 hourly
