We are searching for a Patient Care Coordinator with a bright personality who is dedicated to providing the best patient service possible!

We are committed to finding a Patient Care Coordinator who:

● Possesses great interpersonal skill

● Radiates confidence and has a friendly, warm attitude

● Creates a connection with patients and fellow team members

● Is extremely well organized and detailed-oriented

● Is eager to learn and self-motivated

● Has 1+ years proven dental front office experience (preferred, not required)

Your areas of responsibility would include:

● First point of contact for all patients and guests

● Answering phones, texts, and emails in a timely manner

● Scheduling appointments and ensuring optimum schedule for all providers

● Making sound financial arrangements, collecting and posting payments

● Knowledge of dental procedures, tooth numbers and dental terminology is a huge plus

No late nights or Weekends!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $32.00 per hour
