What You'll Do:

• Provide comprehensive individual therapeutic services ensuring quality client care
• Maintain fidelity to evidenced-based practices
• Maintain confidentiality, as required
• Conduct yourself as a professional at all times with clients and staff
• Ensure weekly service provisions are met
• Document diligently and accurately
• Complete your notes daily, file them appropriately
• Participate actively in 2 hours of clinical supervision weekly (built into your schedule)working toward completion of ALL required clinical hours for licensure. (paid for by employer)
• Coordinate crisis response with appropriate community emergency resources should a safety check or psychiatric hold be required.
• Be flexible and open to changes in work responsibilities as part of a dynamic, ever-changing healthcare system.
• Make reminder calls to your clients to ensure robust turnout
• Call potential new clients from our roster of psychiatric patients to fill any gaps in your schedule
• Manage your own schedule to see a minimum of 25 clients weekly

Other Requirements:

• Master's degree required.
• Must be registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.
• Experience in work with adolescents preferred
• Ability to self-reflect and learn independently
• Commitment to professional growth and expanding one's clinical skills in individual therapy.
• Ability to independently use a computer and the ability to learn necessary computer programs.

Additional job details:

• Pay Rate: $70,000 Salary with opportunity for service provision bonus
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, hours may vary depending upon client availability
• Full-time
• This is not a remote position

Locations:

Time may be split between the main office at 2969 Loma Vista Rd. Ventura, CA 93003 and a private office in Ojai, CA.
