About Us: Patient Centered Psychiatry, Inc. is a private practice psychiatric clinic offering compassionate and collaborative medication management and therapy for patients aged 12 and up.

What You'll Do:
- Provide comprehensive individual therapeutic services ensuring quality client care
- Maintain fidelity to evidenced-based practices
- Maintain confidentiality, as required
- Conduct yourself as a professional at all times with clients and staff
- Ensure weekly service provisions are met
- Document diligently and accurately
- Complete your notes daily, file them appropriately
- Participate actively in 2 hours of clinical supervision weekly (built into your schedule)working toward completion of ALL required clinical hours for licensure. (paid for by employer)
- Coordinate crisis response with appropriate community emergency resources should a safety check or psychiatric hold be required.
- Be flexible and open to changes in work responsibilities as part of a dynamic, ever-changing healthcare system.
- Make reminder calls to your clients to ensure robust turnout
- Call potential new clients from our roster of psychiatric patients to fill any gaps in your schedule
- Manage your own schedule to see a minimum of 25 clients weekly
Other Requirements:
- Master's degree required.
- Must be registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.
- Experience in work with adolescents preferred
- Ability to self-reflect and learn independently
- Commitment to professional growth and expanding one's clinical skills in individual therapy.
- Ability to independently use a computer and the ability to learn necessary computer programs.
Additional job details:
- Pay Rate: $70,000 Salary with opportunity for service provision bonus
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, hours may vary depending upon client availability
- Full-time
- This is not a remote position
Locations:
Time may be split between the main office at 2969 Loma Vista Rd. Ventura, CA 93003 and a private office in Ojai, CA.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
