Assistant Professor of Psychology (Tenure-Track)

The Rosemead School of Psychology at Biola University invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor of Psychology position beginning August 2026. We are seeking a dynamic individual who will join our faculty in contributing to the training of future psychologists through teaching, clinical training, research mentorship, and the integration of faith and psychology.

• PhD in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program
• Licensed (or license-eligible) in the state of California
• Strong record or potential for excellence in teaching, clinical supervision, and research
• Commitment to mentoring and supporting students, including undergraduate and doctoral students
• Demonstrated interest in and capacity to integrate psychology and Christian theology

• Teach courses in both graduate and undergraduate programs (area of expertise negotiable)
• Contribute to the clinical training and professional development of doctoral students
• Engage in scholarship that reflects both scientific rigor and a commitment to the integration of Psychology and Christian Theology
• Participate in departmental service, professional development, and spiritual community life

The Rosemead School of Psychology is home to a vibrant academic community offering undergraduate programs and APA-accredited PhD and PsyD programs in Clinical Psychology, preparing students for both clinical and academic careers.
