Assistant Professor of Psychology (Tenure-Track)
The Rosemead School of Psychology at Biola University invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor of Psychology position beginning August 2026. We are seeking a dynamic individual who will join our faculty in contributing to the training of future psychologists through teaching, clinical training, research mentorship, and the integration of faith and psychology.
Qualifications
- PhD in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program
- Licensed (or license-eligible) in the state of California
- Strong record or potential for excellence in teaching, clinical supervision, and research
- Commitment to mentoring and supporting students, including undergraduate and doctoral students
- Demonstrated interest in and capacity to integrate psychology and Christian theology
Role and Responsibilities
- Teach courses in both graduate and undergraduate programs (area of expertise negotiable)
- Contribute to the clinical training and professional development of doctoral students
- Engage in scholarship that reflects both scientific rigor and a commitment to the integration of Psychology and Christian Theology
- Participate in departmental service, professional development, and spiritual community life
