Primary Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
· Responsible for completion of Client Welcome Call upon signing of a new family
· Ensure all shifts and schedules are appropriately staffed (FlexCare & fill-in’s)
· Identify & present appropriate candidates to a family through profile selection
· Schedule and complete potential nanny interviews with a family
· Attend client set ups as needed
· Create & maintain up to date care plan information for all families receiving care
· Serve as main point of contact for all new client consultations
· Speak with potential new families on inquiry calls & ensure appropriate follow up
· Responsible for evaluating nannies on an annual basis during Annual Evaluation, ensue proper documentation is completed & filed
· Ensure MatrixCare calendars for all families are updated in a timely manner
· Ensure client satisfaction through completion of regular check in’s via phone and email
· Ensure client visits are completed at a minimum of twice per year
· Serve as point of contact for all clients
· Answer and direct all calls for Oliver’s Nannies
· Serve in on-call rotation to ensure needs are met during emergency events outside of office hours
· Maintain and organize office records, files, and contracts
· Support invoicing, basic data entry, and document preparation as needed
Qualifications:
· Able to work as a team player
· Able to maintain confidential information
· Able to communicate effectively with the company staff, the clients and client’s families
· Excellent verbal and communication skills, adapt to different situations and possess excellent client interaction skills
· Able to multi-task and work independently.
Education and Experience:
· Bachelor's Degree and three years of related work experience strongly preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
