Clinical Director Pay & Benefits:
- Pay Range: $130,000-160,000

- Clinical Director Duties and Responsibilities:
- Clinical Leadership: Supervise and mentor BCBA's and clinical staff in multiple states, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Best Practices: Stay informed of trends in the industry to make sure we are providing the best possible care.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to state/federal regulations and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure RBT's and BCBA's are meeting and exceeding goals, and that session notes are entered accurately.
- Performance Management: Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and address performance issues.
- Team Building: Foster environment of growth and inclusiveness so that all BCBA's and RBT's feel part of a team and grow in their positions.
- Rewards Program: Create and manage reward based programs for all BCBA's and RBT's.
- Data Analysis: Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze data to guide clinical decisions.
- Operational Support: Assist in recruitment, budgeting, and aligning clinical services with business goals.
- Supervision: Provide clinical supervision to BCBA candidates and junior staff. Community Engagement: Represent the organization in community outreach and advocacy efforts.
- Full-Time: 40 hours/week
- Location: GA
- At a minimum current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
- Experience as a clinical director.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.
