About Us:

Rise Above Academy empowers at-risk youth (12–18) through tailored support, mentorship, and community partnerships.

Position Summary:

Provide individual and group counseling services for clients in need.

Assist clients in navigating personal challenges, including mental health issues, relationship struggles, and trauma recovery.

Develop personalized treatment plans to meet clients' specific needs and goals.

Maintain detailed records of sessions and client progress.

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

Strong communication and active listening skills.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
