Location:
All catchment areas –SLO county (including: Paso Robles, Atascadero, Shandon, San Luis Obispo, Cayucos, Cambria, Morro Bay, Los Osos, Nipomo, and 5 Cities), and Santa Barbara County (including: Santa Maria, Vandenburg, Lompoc, Buellton, Santa Ynez, Goleta, and Santa Barbara)
Note: Praise has openings across all catchments, however individual supervisory caseloads will likely be projected across a concentrated region.
Some telehealth services can be rendered, but in-person services are required as clinical needs indicate
Compensation:
· $40–$55/hour for supervision and assessment (commensurate with experience)

About the Role:
PRAISE is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as a Clinical Supervisor. This position provides an exciting opportunity to deliver high-quality ABA services and lead staff through evidence-based supervision and support.
Our Clinical Supervisors work under the guidance of our Clinical Director and are responsible for program development, assessment, supervision, parent training, and staff support. We're looking for individuals who are passionate, organized, and able to thrive in both independent and team-based environments.
We have open positions for both part-time and full-time employees. Benefits awarded will vary depending on type of employment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee clinical programming and behavioral interventions for a caseload of learners with developmental disabilities
· Provide supervision, feedback, and support to direct service staff
· Conduct functional behavior assessments and write detailed progress reports
· Deliver parent education and coaching to improve caregiver implementation
· Maintain accurate data systems, program binders, and clinical documentation
· Attend monthly team meetings and trainings
· Collaborate with families and team members to ensure best-practice care
· Provide direct service when needed to maintain continuity or coverage
· Maintain compliance with authorization requirements and hour utilization
· Supervise BCBA candidates as assigned
· Other duties as assigned by the Clinical or Executive Director
Qualifications:
· Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
· Active BCBA certification
· Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within catchment areas
· Strong time management and organizational skills
· Professional, dependable, and compassionate demeanor
· Comfortable working in home-based settings across a variety of communities
· Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physically interactive play and support
