DESCRIPTION
The successful administrator will provide effective leadership in the development, maintenance and provision of behavior plans and services. Develop and create interactive training modules to provide training to staff, foster and biological families, and school personnel when relevant. Ensure staff comply with program goals as outlined in the Department of Human Services Rule 116, The Department of Children and Services program plan, and UCP Seguin's policies and procedures. Supervise Behavior personnel and other assigned staff in addition to carrying a small caseload of youth in UCP Seguin's Group Home program. On-going training and supervision of RBT trainees and initial assessments to youth entering the Foster Care or Group Home program. Develop and monitor systems to ensure program objectives and outcomes are met in a timely manner.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have MA degree in psychology or Human Service Field and a BCBA certification number.
