Family Counseling Center in Red Bluff, CA is a small non-profit counseling center serving children and families in Tehama County. The ideal candidate will have their AMFT or ASW Associate number. We are seeking therapists who want to be part of a team and have a desire to learn counseling theories and interventions. All therapists are required to carry liability insurance. All therapists are required to book a specific number of clients per week based on the schedule they are desiring. Licensed Therapists are welcome to apply!

Family Counseling Center can offer you a yearly training stipend, we pay you a portion of your time when your client’s do not attend scheduled appointments, monthly bonuses (the more client’s you see the more you get paid!), accrued paid time off, and a paid percentage for doing your clinical notes. This is ideal for those wanting to get trained in EMDR or Brainspotting! We provide weekly supervision that meets BBS requirements.

We pride ourselves on flexibility. We recognize that Tehama County NEEDS therapists but we also do not want our therapists getting burnt out.

We would consider a seasoned therapist who primarily wants to do telehealth and can provide strong references.
