Kairos Counseling and Wellness is hiring! Currently a small private practice, we are looking to bring on contracted (1099) therapists due to increasing demand. Kairos Counseling and Wellness is proudly located in Dewitt, Michigan. We are committed to helping not only our clients, but also our clinicians build and maintain balance in their lives. Our mission is to help clients who have been feeling overwhelmed, anxious, and disconnected to cultivate deeper meaning, healthier relationships, and greater life satisfaction.
What we'll bring:
- Competitive percentage split (75/25 for fully licensed clinicians and 70/30 for limited licensed clinicians who see at least 10 clients per week)
- Flexible work schedule – You create your own schedule, with options to work from home or in the office, decide how many hours you would like to work, and what days/times you would like to work. However, there is a strong demand for in person therapists, so must offer at least one day per week of in person appointments.
- Fully furnished, modern office space located in the beautiful town of Dewitt
- Web profile and presence, as well as marketing, to help you build your caseload
- Full administrative services so that you can focus on what you love and none of the headache (credentialing, billing, professional email, etc.)
- Covered individual supervision for limited licensed clinicians (LLMSWs)
What you'll bring:
- One of the following licenses in the state of Michigan: LMSW, LPC, LMFT, LLMSW, or LLPC
- A passion for offering the highest possible clinical care to the clients you work with, as well as a desire to be consistently learning and growing as a therapist.
- A collaborative, kind, and hard working attitude which fosters a warm and dynamic team environment.
- Willingness to see a minimum of 10 clients per week

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based therapies to support mental health improvement.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
- Facilitate crisis intervention and provide support for patients dealing with PTSD and developmental disabilities.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and clinical research to enhance therapeutic techniques.

Pay: $65.00 - $140.00 per hour
