Hybrid Position with 50% in Person/50% Telehealth with option for 25% in Person/75% Telehealth on a case-by-case basis.

In person to be provided in cities within Fairfax County but Clients are also available in Loudoun County


About Roots to Blooms ABA:

Roots to Blooms is a growing ABA provider serving children and families across Fairfax and Loudoun counties. We specialize in naturalistic, inclusive ABA services promoting growth, independence, and community integration for neurodiverse learners. We provide support within homeschool and micro-school environments, as well as in rural community centers and in-home settings, incorporating nature-inspired methods into our holistic approach.

Roots to Blooms LLC seeks passionate and dedicated BCBA's to lead and manage behavior intervention programs for clients with developmental and behavioral challenges in rural community and in-home settings. This part-time hybrid role may require working both in the field and remotely. This position integrates nature-inspired therapeutic approaches in a collaborative, “hippy” ethos.

Responsibilities:

* Design, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).

* Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary team members (OT, PT, SLP, etc.).

* Provide training, supervision, and performance feedback to RBTs.

* Monitor client progress through data analysis and observation.

* Maintain compliance with BACB ethical standards and documentation requirements. Uphold BACB ethical standards and confidentiality.

* Ensure data practices are rigorous, reliable, and used effectively to inform treatment decisions.

* Engage and support families, providing training/resources to implement strategies at home.

* Utilize outdoor therapeutic settings (gardens, trails) to enhance learning and therapy where appropriate.

* Promote teamwork and communication among all stakeholders (families, interdisciplinary teams) to optimize client outcomes.

* Stay abreast of latest ABA developments through ongoing professional development.

* Provide services in both in-home and community setting as needed.

Qualifications:

* Current BCBA certification (in good standing with the BACB).

*Willingness to become licensed in Virginia

* Supervisory experience preferred.
