We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a collaborative and supportive clinical team. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct functional assessments and create data-driven treatment plans
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and supervision to Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors
- Deliver parent training and ensure high standards of clinical quality
- Maintain approximately 30 billable hours per week
- Collaborate with peers in a team-based model to promote consistency and best practices
- Participate in training programs, quality assurance activities, and curriculum development initiatives
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
- Active BCBA certification
- Proven experience working with individuals with autism and developmental needs
- Proficiency with technology, including electronic data collection and scheduling tools
- Completion of TB test, immunization records, and background check clearance
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish is an advantage
