Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a collaborative and supportive clinical team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, individualized care while minimizing administrative burdens, allowing you to dedicate your time and expertise to making a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with autism and developmental needs. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional assessments and create data-driven treatment plans
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and supervision to Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors
  • Deliver parent training and ensure high standards of clinical quality
  • Maintain approximately 30 billable hours per week
  • Collaborate with peers in a team-based model to promote consistency and best practices
  • Participate in training programs, quality assurance activities, and curriculum development initiatives

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
  • Active BCBA certification
  • Proven experience working with individuals with autism and developmental needs
  • Proficiency with technology, including electronic data collection and scheduling tools
  • Completion of TB test, immunization records, and background check clearance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual in Spanish is an advantage
