We are seeking a skilled and motivated School-Based Social Worker for a full-time contract position in a highly regarded, student-focused school system. Your Role as a School Social Worker

Provide direct support and interventions for students' social, emotional, and behavioral needs
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
Conduct assessments and develop plans to address individual student concerns
Participate in IEP, 504, and MTSS meetings
Facilitate crisis response and provide short-term counseling and referrals

What We’re Looking For

Master’s Degree in Social Work
Valid Illinois Social Worker License

Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred; monolingual applicants will be considered for the right fit

Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Experience in a school setting preferred, but not required
