Part Time & Full Time available

(Part Time $25-28/hr)

Responsibilities:

- Serve as the first point of contact for patients seeking services.
- Answer incoming calls and provide information about services and procedures.
- Gather patient information and accurately enter it into the system.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with medical staff.
- Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations.
- Assist with patient registration and check-in process.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure smooth patient flow.

Requirements:

Master's level psychology, social work, or mental health counselor experience required.

Previous experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in substance abuse or similar fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle high call volumes.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
Proficient computer skills, including data entry and use of electronic medical records systems.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
