Compensation: Competitive fee-for-service split of up to 70%, with opportunities to earn additional income through supervision and bonuses

We offer the ease of private practice without the overhead or administrative burden. Our therapists work from home, in-person, or both, on their own schedule. You focus on the therapy; we’ll handle the rest.

If you’re interested in mentoring provisionally licensed clinicians (LACs, LMSWs, or interns), we’d love to have you as a clinical supervisor.

• We pay you for individual and group supervision
• We also have a fantastic Mentorship Bonus program
• No need to recruit Supervisees — we match you with qualified LACs or LMSWs
• You guide their growth while earning reliable additional income
