We are seeking Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our Owings Mills team. In this role, you'll work one-on-one with children with autism, helping them build skills, gain independence, and achieve meaningful milestones.

What You'll Do

• Provide direct, individualized ABA therapy to children in a center-based setting

• Implement treatment plans created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Collect and record session data accurately

• Support skill development in communication, socialization, and daily living

• Collaborate with the clinical team to track progress and adjust goals as needed

  Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

• Experience in ABA therapy, education, or related fields a plus

• Ability to pass a background check
