Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as School Program Staff. This role is essential in creating a supportive and engaging environment for students, helping them to thrive academically and socially. The ideal candidates will be passionate about working with children and possess skills that enhance their learning experiences.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate engaging activities that promote learning and personal development among students.
- Provide supervision and support during sports, arts, and educational programs.
- Assist in the planning and implementation of curriculum-based activities tailored to various age groups.
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages student participation and teamwork.
- Collaborate with fellow staff members to ensure the safety and well-being of all students.
- Maintain effective communication with parents, guardians, and school administration regarding student progress and program updates.
- Support children with special needs or those requiring additional assistance in their learning journey.
Requirements
- Experience working with children in educational or recreational settings is preferred.
- Skills in sports coaching, childcare, or early childhood education are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with classroom management techniques to create a structured learning environment.
- Background in special education or Christian counseling is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to engage effectively with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- A commitment to providing a safe, nurturing, and enriching experience for all participants.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
