ABA Supervisor – In-Home Clinical Supervision and Remote Administrative Responsibilities – Career Growth with Purpose
Location: Huntington Park, CA (In-Home, Flexible Hours)
Pay Rate: $30 – $35 per hour (Depending on experience)
Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Flexible based on client needs)

Location:
Huntington Park, CA & Surrounding Areas
(Los Angeles, Bell, Bell Gardens, Maywood, South Gate, Cudahy, Vernon, Walnut Park, Commerce, Florence-Graham, South Los Angeles, Downey, Lynwood, and other nearby communities.)
Each ABA Supervisor will manage a caseload within a 20–25-mile radius based on their home zip code. You will not be required to cover all locations listed.

Your Role as an ABA Supervisor
As an ABA Supervisor, you will guide and support Behavior Technicians (BTs) delivering therapy to children with autism and developmental disabilities in home-based settings. You’ll design individualized treatment strategies, oversee data-driven practices, and collaborate closely with families—all with the support of a dedicated clinical team.
Direct Responsibilities (In-Person)
- Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians during in-home sessions
- Oversee implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Provide coaching on reinforcement and behavior reduction strategies
- Promote generalization of skills across real-life settings
- Conduct parent training and support sessions
Indirect Responsibilities (Remote)
- Analyze ABA data to guide intervention adjustments
- Complete progress reports and treatment updates
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and skill assessments
- Maintain communication with families, staff, and stakeholders
- Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to clinical and ethical standards
Clinical Support Structure
Three-Tier Model:
- BCBA: Leads clinical oversight and program development
- ABA Supervisor (You): Manages day-to-day clinical supervision and implementation
- Behavior Technician (BT): Delivers direct therapy to clients
Additional Support:
- Regional Director (Senior BCBA): Provides clinical mentorship and support
- Stimuli Support Team: Handles materials, scheduling, and logistics so you can focus on clinical care
Qualifications
Education:
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), or in Psychology, Education, or a related field with an ABA concentration required
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years in ABA, preferably with in-home experience
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles including DTT, NET, task analysis, and behavior management
- Experience with assessments and report writing is a plus
Location Requirement:
- Must reside in or near Huntington Park, CA or the surrounding areas listed above
